Tokens, never card numbers

Raw card numbers are never used as identifiers anywhere in the platform. Enrollment hands over network-safe tokens, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Settled transactions only, never an overpull

Smart Sweep charges only what has actually settled, never more than accrued, never more than your cap, per card and never combined.

KYC data lives with the payment provider

Tax IDs, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and beneficial-ownership data required to establish a payment relationship are collected and maintained by the payment provider under its own onboarding, never stored by us.

Givers set the limits

Caps, cadence, and pause are set by the supporter from day one and change with one tap. Every round-up is visible the moment it happens, and nothing is charged that the supporter has not allowed.

One ledger, one truth. Every number in every dashboard is computed from the same ledger; the combined view always equals the sum of the scoped views, and both always match the tax paper.

Typed at the transaction. Gift, ticket, auction value, chance, property: every dollar is classified the moment it is routed, so the receipt is always right and fair market value splits are automatic.

Never commingled, never held before the law says yes. Funds settle through regulated rails operated with our banking partners, and our guardrails ensure no dollar is routed to an organization that has not been verified and onboarded.
