1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We also use browser local storage, which works the same way: small pieces of information saved by your browser so the site can remember something between visits. In this policy, “cookies” covers both.
2. The choice you make on the banner
The first time you visit, a banner asks for your choice. Accept all turns on the analytics described below. Essential only limits the site to the strictly necessary items, and nothing else loads. Your choice is saved on your device and honored on every page. You can change it at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer, which reopens the banner.
3. Strictly necessary items
These keep the site working and do not track you across other sites. They run regardless of your banner choice, because the site cannot function without them.

4. Analytics, only with your OK
If you choose Accept all, and only then, we load a website analytics service that helps us understand which pages serve visitors well. The measurement is configured with IP anonymization. If you choose Essential only, no analytics code loads at all: the request never leaves your browser. We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or cross-site tracking on causefi.com, under either choice.
5. Changing or clearing your choice
Use the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of any page to make a new choice. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time, which removes everything listed above; the banner will simply ask again on your next visit. Your browser also lets you block cookies entirely, though parts of the site that depend on the strictly necessary items may stop working.
6. Changes to this policy
When our use of cookies changes, this page changes with it, and the last-updated date below moves. Material changes will be flagged on the banner itself.
