The Gather group, sold as one · by CauseFi.

room. mark

Every room, end to end.

room. is the four Gather applications sold as a single product: door. for the event, golfr. for the outing, padl. for the auction and draw. for the raffle. Four kinds of night, one guest record, one payout and one reconciliation, whether you run one event a year or forty.

Four.

kinds of night, one product

One.

guest record across all four

One.

payout and one reconciliation

Four applications. One night.

These are the four a supporter meets in person, and the ones an organization prints on a ticket. Sold together as room., they share one guest record and one settlement, so a gala, a course, an auction and a drawing share one moment.

How a night runs on room.

One guest record

Across every kind of night. The person who bought the ticket, bid on the trip and entered the drawing is one person, not three records.

One payout

Tickets, bids and entries settle together. The whole night lands as one payout and one reconciliation, with nothing matched by hand.

Invite through check-in

Invitations, RSVPs, seating and the door itself, with nothing handed to another vendor at any step.

Lawful where it has to be

Drawings are administered state by state on a rules engine that knows where it is running.

Settled at close

Auction items and raffle entries settle on the card the guest registered. No checkout line at the end of the night.

Runs on the platform

Every action writes to the same ledger and the same record as everything else on CauseFi.

Four products stand on their own: donr., room., earnd. and the CauseFi. shop. Everything else comes with the platform. How pricing works.

Gather, sold as one

Why it exists.

A gala, an outing, an auction and a drawing used to be four purchases, four logins and four reconciliations that never spoke to each other. room. sells the four as one product because the night is one night. The person who bought the ticket, bid on the trip and entered the drawing is one person, and now the record agrees.

The end of the night, when the room is settled before the last table empties.

The moment it owns

In practice

A room. customer is already on the platform: one payout, one supporter record, one identity from the first night.

Turning on the rest of the platform later is one tap, not a migration.

Every guest leaves one tap from a linked card, so the night becomes a donor base.
