This page presents the causefi. Platform Services Agreement, Signup & Order Form. It is entered into by ForGood Technologies, LLC d/b/a causefi. (the “Company”) and the client identified on the executed form (the “Client”). This Order Form, together with the causefi. Platform Services Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”), which are incorporated by reference, forms the agreement between the parties (the “Agreement”). By signing, Client agrees to be bound by the Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. Client Information
The executed Order Form identifies the Client by legal name and any d/b/a, entity type (for example a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, corporation, or LLC), state or jurisdiction of formation, EIN or tax ID (optional), principal office address, website, primary contact, billing contact and address, and the effective date of the Agreement.
2. Products & Fees
Company provides Client access to the causefi. card-linked giving platform. The following fees apply to Client’s use of the Platform.

The Administration Fee is a flat percentage of the gross monthly funds routed through the Platform, at the rate set forth on the Order Form. It applies to any and all funds routed through the Platform, regardless of source or transaction type, including without limitation round-up giving, one-time gifts, sponsor-funded amounts, and any other funds routed through the Platform. The Administration Fee and Platform Maintenance Fee provide Client full access to the Company’s platform and include payment processing. Third-party fees imposed by any gateway service remain the responsibility of Client. The platform license fee is waived.
Additional services and products, including the Events Management System, the Golf Outing and Tournament Management System, the Auction Management System, and any other product offered by Company, are not included in the Administration Fee and require a separate Order Form executed by Client setting forth the applicable product and fees.
3. Platform Features
All causefi. platform features that are not a standalone causefi. application are included in the Administration Fee at no additional cost. Standalone applications, for example the Events Management System, the Golf Outing and Tournament Management System, and the Auction Management System, are separate products that require their own Order Form, as described in Section 2.
4. Custom & Additional Features
Any bespoke feature, integration, or service purchased by Client and built to Client’s needs is listed on the Order Form with its fee, and each item is licensed under, and subject to, the Agreement.
5. Billing & Payment Authorization
5.1 Billing
Billing runs monthly unless the Order Form states otherwise, with any custom or negotiated terms recorded on the Order Form.
5.2 ACH Debit Authorization
Client authorizes Company, and any payment service provider, processor, or agent acting on Company’s behalf, to initiate ACH debit entries to the account designated on the Order Form (the “Designated Account”) for all Fees and other amounts due under the Agreement, together with any adjusting or correcting entries. Client represents that it is authorized to permit debits to the Designated Account and that the information provided is accurate.
Company collects only the bank-level information necessary to initiate ACH debits. Any tax identification numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, beneficial-ownership information, or other identity-verification (KYC) data required to establish a merchant account or payment relationship are collected and maintained directly by the applicable Payment Provider under its own onboarding process, and not by Company.
5.3 Payment Timing
Fees for a given month are due no later than five (5) days following Month-End and will be automatically withdrawn via ACH on the fifth (5th) day following Month-End (or the next business day). Company will send an invoice prior to, or on the day of, the ACH debit. The full payment and settlement terms, including automatic withdrawal, Split Pay / fee netting, settlement cadence, and settlement finality, are set forth in Section 26 of the Terms.
6. Client Comments & Notes
The Order Form provides space for any client comments or notes agreed at signing.
7. Terms & Conditions; Acceptance
The causefi. Platform Services Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) that govern this Agreement are published online and may be reviewed by Client at any time on the Terms of Use page. Client acknowledges that it has been provided access to, and has had the opportunity to review, the current Terms before signing.
Company may modify, update, or replace the Terms at any time, in its sole discretion and without the consent of, or individual notice to, any client or organization. The then-current version of the Terms published at the link above governs the Agreement. Company will indicate the effective or last-updated date on the posted Terms, and Client is responsible for reviewing the Terms from time to time. Client’s continued access to or use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By signing the Order Form, and by accessing or using the Platform, Client agrees to and accepts the Terms as then in effect and as updated from time to time, and agrees that the Terms are incorporated into and form a binding part of the Agreement.
8. Acknowledgment & Signatures
By signing the Order Form, Client agrees to the product and feature selections and Fees set forth in it and agrees to be bound by the causefi. Platform Services Terms & Conditions, as then in effect and as updated from time to time as described in Section 7, incorporated by reference. Client also authorizes the ACH debits and payment terms set forth above and confirms the accuracy of the Designated Account information. Client also agrees to promote its card-linked giving program as described in the Terms (Client Marketing and Promotion of the Program), including maintaining an enrollment landing page with a clear call-to-action.
