Every dollar moves through donr.

donr. is where every dollar on the platform moves. All funds flow through donr.: round-ups, one-time gifts, recurring giving, event tickets, auction wins, raffle sales, sponsor give back, the match. Round-ups are the flagship, and payments are the job. Every other application runs on donr. for money and trak. for the record.

$50
the default sweep level. Never below the $25 floor, always the supporter’s dial.
$30/mo
per linked card, in round-ups alone
13x
the round-up, when all three funding layers fire at once
Smart Sweep

The payment engine under every stream.

Smart Sweep is the payment processing service of donr. It watches every giving type on the platform and sweeps each one on the cadence the giving type calls for and the organization requests: round-ups when the change is ready, recurring gifts on the donor’s schedule, the employer match once a month, event, auction, and raffle settlements at close. For round-ups, ready means the pooled balance reaches the sweep level the supporter sets: $50 by default, never below $25, always in their control.

Settled transactions only, never an overpull. A pending transaction is never swept until it fully processes. A sweep can never exceed what has actually accrued, and it can never exceed the cap. Per card, never combined: each card sweeps for its own accrual, to the organization named on it, in one clean, clearly named charge.

The organization sets the request, the giving type sets the rules, and the engine does the rest. All of it is donr.: every dollar on the platform processes and settles here.

Round-ups

The forgotten change. Made change for good.

The most loved run the sweep makes. Purchases round up in real time and pool per card. Nothing is charged in the moment, and the card is never nickel-and-dimed. The sweep fires when the pooled balance reaches the level the supporter sets: $50 by default, never below the $25 floor, in one clean charge for exactly what is due. A card at the floor runs two or three times a month; the default lands near monthly.

You see every round-up the moment it happens, fee-free, in a real-time running total. Caps, cadence, pause: always one tap away. That control is why supporters stay.

One clean line item on the statement, clearly named. Balances that are not ready yet simply roll forward. Nothing surprising, ever.

Three funding layers. One swipe.

Every other platform gives an organization one of these. causefi. can fire all three funding layers off the same swipe, and each layer runs on its own trigger: the sponsor give back needs nothing but a card on file used at a sponsor location, round-ups on or off. The supporter never does anything different.

Layer one
Round-up
The forgotten change, pooled per card and gathered by Smart Sweep. $0.80 on a $99.20 basket.
Layer two
Give back
A retailer funds 5 to 15 percent of the spend. $9.92 at the 10 percent average. Costs the supporter nothing.
Layer three
Match
The most ignored money in philanthropy, claimed automatically each month.
$10.72
to the mission from one $99.20 purchase, before the employer match is applied
13x
what the round-up would have delivered on its own
All three
fire at once when the retailer is the sponsor

Why the rhythm matters.

A single unexplained month-end debit never delivers the spare-change-in-the-box feeling. A clean, clearly named Smart Sweep does, week after week, and the numbers on giving rhythm are not subtle.

79%
retention for recurring-style givers, against 32% for one-time givers
2x+
the lifetime value of a supporter who gives in rhythm instead of once
$0
charged before it is settled, capped, and yours to pause
